VCC Teams is 10am starts so not attractive

Has the Friday morning available.
Currently Directors forum, then workshop at 10.30.
Could use one of those spots.
Summer Festival (January)
A possible time is first Sunday arvo. The Swiss finished at 4pm this year. So AGM meeting + some food at 5pm? Time for a presentation?
Brisbane Gold (February)
Maybe a chance in the afternoon before everything starts?
Take Brisbane. With pairs starting Saturday 10am, iinterstate players will arrive Friday sometime. Maybe lunchtime? Could have something in the afternoon if space onsite is available.
Barrier Reef (May)
This moves around. Next year is Cairns. Wednesday morning sometimes free. (1 day Swiss pairs Tuesday. Teams starts Wed 2pm)
